MOVE OUT INFORMATION
MAY 1ST 2009
It is
getting close to the end of the semester; I have provided some information that
hopefully will help with the move out.
Please feel free to call the office with any questions.
1: All tenants must have
their apartments or house cleaned and moved out by May 13th 4PM
2:
If your home address has
change you need to come into the office and give it to Claudette or Renee during
office hours.
3: The
apartment/house and outside area was clean when you moved in, make sure it is
for the date when you move out. Some helpful hints.

Have rugs shampooed
professionally
·
Take all trash out and put it
in proper place
·
Sweep/mop floors
·
Pick up trash and cigarette
butts outside.
·
Clean out refrigerator and
unplug them
·
Clean stove & oven
·
Clean out microwave and
unplug them
·
If you brought it with you
take it with you, you will be charge for anything that belongs to you if you
leave it.
·
DO NOT leave tires, oil or
car parts, we do not want them
·
DO NOT leave any of your
furniture or personal belongings we do not want them.
·
IF IT belongs to B&M do not
take it, I have a list of what is in the apartment
·
MAKE SURE YOU PLACE ALL TRASH
IN PROPER PLACE.
·
DO NOT TOSS SOFAS, CHAIRS,
TABLES, TIRES, AND COMPUTERS ETC. IN THE DUMPSTERS.
TAKE THAT STUFF TO THE DUMP ON WEST 3RD ST.
ANYTHING FOUND OTHER THAN TRASH, TENATS WILL BE CHARGE EXTRA FOR. (CALL
IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS).

Call the cable/internet have
them disconnect you and return the box if you have one to the cable office.
·
Call Electric Company if you
pay electric and have them turn it back into B&M Apts. for the day you move out.
Make sure you give them your mailing address at home.
IF you do not do this they will continue to bill you. You can call up to
a week ahead of time.

Make sure you contact mail
office and have your mail sent home (forward address).
·
MAKE SURE YOU PLACE YOUR
HOUSE KEYS, BEDROOM KEYS IN THE BAG PROVIDED AND PLACE IT BACK ON THE DOOR WHERE
YOU FOUND IT. PLACE YOUR NAME ON THE BAG; IF YOU DO NOT TURN YOUR CORRECT KEYS
IN YOU DO NOT GET ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK.

WHEN YOU ARE DONE LOCK THE
WINDOWS AND THE APARTMENT DOORS AND PULL THE APARTMENT/HOUSE DOOR SHUT AS YOU
LEAVE.
