*If you have signed a lease with B&M Apartments, you are responsible for both Fall and Spring Semesters.

Here are just a few reasons for which you cannot break your lease

-transferring schools -too high utility bills

-dropping out -buying a house

-failing out -marriage

-don't like apartment -broke up with boyfriend/girlfriend

-found a cheaper/closer apartment -want to now live with boyfriend/girlfriend

-roommate conflicts -studying abroad

-minor repair problems
