How do I reserve an apartment I seen an your website ?

You need to contact us at (570) 320-1100 to set up an appointment to tour the apartment with all students who are interested.  After touring the apartment we can give you additional info on reserving the apartment for the Fall Semester

How do I contact the local utility companies ?

Electric:                    PPL- 800-342-5775

You need to contact PPL and must have the electric set up to go into your name on or before your allowed move in date, which is two days before the Fall Semester starts.  Please contact B&M Apartments to receive you meter number.  You will need your meter number in order to have the electric changed into your name.  You need to call and arrange to have it transferred back into B&M Apartments name when you move out.

The cable company usually gets very backed up around the start of college.  You should call in advance to set up an appointment at a time that you will be there.

Where and how can I pay my rent?

You can come to our office at 1257 Hadley Williamsport, PA 17701 to pay by cash, check, money orders, or visa/MasterCard

When can I move in? When do I have to move out?

You can move in two days before the Fall Semester starts

You need to move out within two days after the Spring Semester ends

Can I stay for Christmas Break?

You cannot stay for Christmas break.  Tenants must leave by noon on the second day after the Fall Semester ends

Tenants may return to their apartments two days before the Spring Semester starts

Can my friends use our off street parking area?

Off-street parking is for B&M Tenants only.  Guests must find their own parking on street.  Where parking permits are needed in many areas they can be obtained at our local city hall located near the corner of West 4th Street and Hepburn Streets.  They charge a minimal  fee for the permit and you will need to show them a copy of your lease agreement to prove residency.  They are usually available beginning in August.

What if I am not getting along with my roommates?

B&M strongly encourages you to try to work out problems among yourselves

Do you have night security?

David Pletz is our night security manager who is there for your protection and to hopefully prevent any bad incidents from happening.  He does daily and nightly drive-bys and he also will walk around and check the outsides of our properties.

What type of lease do you have?

We have a one-school year, two-semester lease.  We also require a parent's signature on the lease.  For more lease information please call us at (570) 320-1100.

What if I withdraw, drop out, fail out, or transfer to another school? What are my lease obligations?

You are still obligated for both semesters, please read additional info on our lease information page
